Branding, design and development for mobile app
Mailsociety is a mail app that wants to make it easier for people to read their mail. Together with my business partner Niels, I created this app. I did everything on the design part from the logo to the design of the app, but also helped with the development of the app.

The logo of Mailsociety is based on an unfolded envelope. It has been rotated, and some folding lines have been left out so it represents the M from Mailsociety. The font is bold and expressive to grab the attention while also being playful. This perfectly represents Mailsociety.

Branding
This app needed to be neutral because the content that is being sent to you needed to do the speaking. Because of this, I chose to use blacks and whites for the branding. This also gives a rich feeling to the app. The fonts needed to be bold and expressive. For that I chose the Visby font because it feels playful but at the same time has a serious side to it.

The iPhone app
This app has been designed and prototyped by me in Figma. This design was then used by a SwiftUI developer to make this app come to life. It has been a continuous path of updating and perfecting after that.

Website
This website was created to let people know where to download the app, and it hosts some extra information about the app. I designed this website in Figma and also used it for the prototype. After the design was done, I developed it in NextJS as a PWA.
